Keri-Anne Boller serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Community Health Alliance, bringing over 17 years of experience in the behavioral health field. A licensed independent social worker in the state of Ohio, Keri is a dedicated advocate for high-quality, client-centered care. Her leadership is guided by a deep commitment to integrated, community-based healthcare solutions that elevate both the clinical and operational standards of service delivery.

Keri joined Community Health Alliance in 2020 as Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement. In that role, she played a pivotal part in transforming how the organization collected and used data to strengthen oversight and outcomes in client care. Her impact was immediate and significant, earning her a transition to Chief Operating Officer in 2023. In her current position, Keri leads with a strategic focus on clinical excellence, program development, and systems that prioritize meaningful engagement with the individuals and communities CHA serves.

Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University and earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. She brings both operational vision and frontline understanding to her work—always with the goal of empowering individuals and teams to deliver care that makes a lasting difference.
