Addiction Services

Comprehensive Support for Substance Use Recovery

At Community Health Alliance, we understand that recovery looks different for everyone—and that
healing from substance use requires more than willpower alone. That’s why we offer compassionate,
evidence-based services designed to support you at every stage, whether you’re just starting out or
working to maintain long-term sobriety.

Recovery services are led by Sojourner, a trusted provider offering a full continuum of care including
outpatient treatment, residential programs, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), peer support, case
management, and sober living. Our approach is integrated and person-centered—connecting medical
care, mental health support, and daily life needs into one cohesive plan.

Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll meet you there. You don’t have to face it alone—and you
don’t have to wait for a crisis to ask for help.

  • Medical Support for Withdrawal and Cravings

Access to FDA-approved medications like methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol) to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings.

We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) through our outpatient clinics and residential programs, with medical staff trained in addiction medicine and recovery-centered care.

  • Behavioral Health Therapy

Individual, group, and family counseling that explores the root causes of substance use and builds a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Whether you’re working through trauma, rebuilding relationships, or learning to manage triggers, our licensed therapists are here to guide your journey.

  • Peer Support and Lived Experience

Certified peer recovery supporters—individuals in recovery themselves—walk alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and real-world understanding.
Peers help build connection, reduce isolation, and offer practical tips that come from lived experience.

  • Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis Care

Integrated treatment for mental health and substance use—because healing the whole person means addressing both.
We specialize in co-occurring disorders, providing care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other challenges in a safe, non judgmental setting.

  • Withdrawal Management (Detox Services)

Clinically managed support to help you safely stop using substances in a supervised environment.

Our ASAM 3.2 Level services offer structured withdrawal management with access to medications, nursing care, and recovery planning.

Our case managers assist with housing, employment, transportation, insurance, childcare, and more—helping you build a stable, recovery-ready life.
  • Parenting & Family Support Programs that support pregnant and parenting individuals, families with children, and caregivers affected by addiction.
We offer specialized family counseling, parenting classes, and access to childcare during treatment—especially through the MAMAS Program.
  • Flexible Access to Care We meet people where they are—physically, emotionally, and logistically.
Walk-in clinics, telehealth, evening appointments, and multiple locations across Butler and Warren Counties make getting care easier. Transitional and recovery housing options offer a safe place to rebuild.
  • Inpatient Mental Health for Substance Use For those who need structure and 24/7 support, our residential programs provide a safe, supportive environment for healing.
Men’s and women’s facilities offer ASAM 3.2 (withdrawal management) and 3.5 (high-intensity residential care), with integrated counseling, peer support, and medical care—including options for women with children.
  • Recovery Housing Safe, sober living environments where residents can focus on maintaining recovery while receiving outpatient services.
Our recovery homes for men and women provide 24/7 staffing, peer support, and access to outpatient counseling, MAT, and psychiatric care.
  • Legal & Community Reentry Support For individuals involved with the justice system, we offer recovery-aligned services that support successful reentry and long-term wellness.
Court services, jail-based mental health care, and case coordination help ensure continuity of treatment during and after incarceration.

We offer a range of addiction recovery services across multiple locations throughout the region—including referral-based residential treatment, outpatient support, medication-assisted treatment, and transitional housing.
